News: Third Youngest in Space
posted on May 02, 2002
fais project

Mark was born on September 18th 1973. This makes him 28 years and 219 days old on the day of his launch and therefore the third youngest person in space. The youngest person into space was German Titov from Russia, who was 25 years and 329 days old on his first flight. Then came Dumitru Prunariu from Romania, who was 28 years and 199 days old when he flew.

Mark slots in behind these two and ahead of Sultan Al saud from Saudi Arabia, who was 28 years and 355 days old. So that leaves it up to all you Hip 2b2's coming up the ranks. Which of you are going to break the record? Get out the books and graft!
